Welcome to the Gallatin Association of REALTORS® based in Bozeman, Montana. The GAR began its life as the Bozeman Board of REALTORS® in 1970 and changed to its present name in 1996.

The GAR boasts nearly 800 members who offer service in Gallatin County and in many surrounding areas, such as Big Sky, Big Timber, Livingston and Three Forks. Our members have a variety of real estate specialties, including appraisal, commercial, development, farm and ranch, property management, residential, recreational land and resort properties.

The GAR members join more than 4,000 other REALTORS® in Montana, along with over one million members from across the country. REALTORS® represent the best of the real estate industry and abide by a Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice enforced by the National Association of REALTORS®.
