As a member of the Gallatin Association of REALTORS®, you will receive a number of benefits for your annual dues. One of the most recognizable of these is the opportunity to attend all continuing education courses, a value of more than $1250 and 50 credits. Additionally, members have access to hands-on MLS/Paragon training and informational seminars on a variety of topics.

The GAR also has hired a full-time Government Affairs Director, who works with the members to become aware of and involved in issues that affect their clients and livelihood. The GAD and members of the GAR Government Affairs Committee attend city, county and state meetings to ensure that the REALTOR® voice is heard.

Additionally, there are many other active GAR committees that offer a variety of services, such as grievance and professional standards monitoring, increased consumer awareness through public relation campaigns, training through new-member orientation and marketing through weekly MLS meetings.
