Gallatin Valley Housing Report

On April 22, 2024, members of the Gallatin Association of REALTORS®, policy makers, the public, and the press came to attend the Housing Report Release event at The Commons.

We were honored to host NAR Chief Economist, Lawrence Yun, for a report filled with valuable information on the national and state (Montana) level regarding our economy and the housing market. He was followed by Derek Sheehan of the Bureau of Business & Economic Research with the University of Montana. To finish out the event, a panel discussion was held with Mindy DeCosse - Program Coordinator Program Coordinator at HRDC & REALTOR®; Daryl Schliem - CEO of the Bozeman Chamber of Commerce, Mark Bond - Community Engagement Manager of One Valley, Terry Cunningham - Mayor of Bozeman, and Sean O’Callaghan - Chief Planning Officer for Gallatin County.

We would like to sincerely thank all of the members of the GAR Steering Committee who supplied data and worked tirelessly in our efforts to put out a meaningful and valuable resource.
