To be considered for this nomination, Rookie members must have held a license for at least one (1) full year, but not more than 24 months by the application deadline; participated in association events and committees (40%); sales information for the time that the nominee has held their license (40%); submitted professional goals for the next 12 months (10%); submitted a sample of their marketing material for their business (10%); and 3 to 5 letters of recommendation.
