Advocates for key REALTOR® issues on behalf of our membership and monitors legislation to ensure that regulations or laws are not enacted that impair or penalize REALTORS®, home ownership, and private property rights. GAR confines its efforts to issues affecting private property rights and private property values. Leadership does not take positions on any issues that do not have an impact on REALTORS® or the housing market.
