Committee members serve on Hearing Panels as required to hear matters of alleged unethical conduct by the Association’s members or to provide arbitration as requested. The Professional Standards Committee is similar to a court, in that they adjudicate matters that come before them. The Professional Standards Committee makes decisions on matters involving the Code of Ethics or disputes generally involving commissions and compensation.
Prerequisite: Service of one term on the Grievance Committee.
Requirement: Attendance of an annual training session.
